Rules for attending events

AELITA PRODUCTION LLC · revised September 15, 2026

These Rules apply at performances, open rehearsals, labs and other events of the Koroche dance company. By attending an event, the visitor confirms acceptance of these Rules.

If an event takes place at a third-party venue, that venue's rules apply in addition. Where they differ, the stricter requirement applies.

1. Entry to the event

1.1. Entry is by ticket, registration or invitation, depending on the event format stated in its description.

1.2. A seat is provided to every visitor regardless of age, including a child held in arms. The number of seats is limited by the capacity of the auditorium.

1.3. The organiser may carry out security checks at the entrance. If a visitor refuses the check or prohibited items are found, the visitor is not admitted and the cost of attendance is not refunded.

1.4. It is prohibited to bring in: weapons and items imitating them; pyrotechnics and flammable substances; alcohol; bulky items; animals, except guide dogs.

2. Latecomers

2.1. Once the event has begun, entry to the auditorium closes. Latecomers are admitted during the interval; if there is no interval, they are not admitted.

2.2. The cost of attendance is not refunded to latecomers. The restriction exists because entering the auditorium during a performance disturbs the performers and other visitors.

3. Age restrictions

3.1. The age category is stated in the description of each event and must be observed.

3.2. The organiser may verify a visitor's age and request an identity document. If the visitor refuses to present one, they are not admitted to an 18+ event.

3.3. Minors under 14 are admitted accompanied by an adult.

4. Conduct in the auditorium

4.1. During the event, please silence your phone and refrain from talking.

4.2. Food and drinks are not allowed in the auditorium unless the event format expressly permits it.

4.3. The organiser may remove a visitor whose behaviour disturbs the event or other visitors, as well as a visitor who is intoxicated. In this case the cost of attendance is not refunded.

5. Photography and filming

5.1. Amateur photography without flash is permitted unless announced otherwise before the start. Filming the event in full is prohibited.

5.2. The organiser and persons accredited by it may take photographs and video at events. By attending, the visitor agrees that their image may appear in a general shot and be used in the company's informational and promotional materials.

5.3. If you prefer not to appear on camera, tell the administrator before the start and the organiser will offer a seat outside the filming area.

6. Specifics of contemporary dance performances

6.1. Performances may use bright flashing light (strobe), loud sound, theatrical haze and abrupt lighting changes.

6.2. Performers may interact with the audience and the action may move around the auditorium. A visitor is free not to take part in the interaction.

6.3. Warnings for a specific performance are published on its page. If you are sensitive to light, sound or enclosed spaces, please review them in advance or ask the administrator.

7. Safety

7.1. Please follow the instructions of administrators and venue staff, especially during evacuation.

7.2. The organiser is not responsible for belongings left unattended.

8. Cancellation and rescheduling

8.1. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the organiser notifies visitors using the contacts provided at registration and on the site.

8.2. The refund procedure in case of cancellation is set out in the Public Offer Agreement.
