Public Offer Agreement

This document is a public offer by OOO “AELITA PRODUCTION” and contains all essential terms of the paid services agreement offered through the website of dance company “Koroche”.

1. General provisions

1.1. This offer is addressed to any legally capable individual who has expressed willingness to purchase the Provider's services.

1.2. Payment for services constitutes acceptance of this offer. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment payment is received.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider grants access to informational materials, show performances, events, and other services within the “Koroche” dance company project.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider is entitled to: change the event program with notice; engage third parties; block access in case of violations without refund.

The Client agrees to: pay for services; not transfer access to third parties; not copy or distribute materials; follow the rules of conduct at events.

4. Pricing and payment procedure

The cost of services is listed on the Site. Payment is made in full before services begin.

5. Refunds and termination

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the request. If terminated at the Client's request, a performance factor k applies: 0.3 after 3 days; 0.5 after 14 days; 0.7 after 60 days; 0.9 after 120 days from the start of service provision.

5.1. Refunds for tickets to performances (and other ticketed shows) are governed not by the formula above, but by special rules — Russian Government Resolution No. 1491 of September 18, 2020, "On approving the Rules and conditions for the return of tickets... in the event of a visitor's refusal to attend," adopted pursuant to Article 52.1 of the Fundamentals of Russian Federation Legislation on Culture. When the Client declines to attend an event, the refund amount is, in accordance with parts eleven and twelve of Article 52.1 of the Fundamentals of Russian Federation Legislation on Culture:

• 10 or more days before the event — 100% of the ticket price;
• less than 10 but at least 5 days before — 50% of the ticket price;
• less than 5 but at least 3 days before — 30% of the ticket price;
• less than 3 days before the event — non-refundable.

5.2. Disclaimer: clause 5.1 reflects our understanding of Article 52.1 of the Fundamentals of Russian Federation Legislation on Culture and Resolution No. 1491 as of this revision — this is not a substitute for legal advice; where it conflicts with the current law, the law applies.

6. Intellectual property

All materials are the intellectual property of the Provider. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Liability of the parties

The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the cost of services paid for but not rendered.

8. Personal data

By accepting this offer, the Client consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing that, in court at the Provider's location. Claims: aelita.production@yandex.ru
