Telegram Bot Terms of Use

These Terms govern the relationship between OOO “AELITA PRODUCTION” and users of the Telegram bot KOROCHE DANCE COMPANY (@koroche_dance_bot).

1. General provisions

1.1. By using the Bot (including sending /start), the User accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Public Offer Agreement.

1.2. These Terms are an integral part of the documents published on the website of dance company “Koroche”.

2. Purpose of the Bot

The KOROCHE DANCE COMPANY bot provides reference information about “Koroche”'s repertoire and shows, accepts inquiries, and redirects to the website for ticket purchases. The Bot does not replace the official website.

3. Data processed

The Bot may process: Telegram ID, username, display name, messages, photos, documents, email and phone number (if voluntarily provided). Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

4. User obligations

Use the Bot only for lawful purposes; do not distribute malicious content or spam; provide accurate information; do not attempt unauthorized access.

5. Company rights

Change the Bot's functionality; restrict or block access in case of violations without notice; amend these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The Bot is provided “as is”. The Company is not liable for Telegram or Internet outages, or the actions of third parties. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services over the last 6 months.

7. Intellectual property

All materials in the Bot are the intellectual property of the Company. Copying or commercial use without consent is prohibited.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing that, in court at the Company's location. For inquiries: aelita.production@yandex.ru

9. Changes to these Terms

A revised version takes effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
