Privacy Policy

This Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

1. General provisions

1.1. The Operator is OOO “AELITA PRODUCTION” (Tax ID 4000027320, OGRN 1254000006644).

1.2. This Policy sets out how personal data is processed through the website of dance company “Koroche” and the KOROCHE DANCE COMPANY Telegram bot.

1.3. Using the Site or the Bot constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

1.4. The Operator also owns the website aelita-production.ru (AELITA PRODUCTION). This Policy applies to the website koroche-dance.ru and the KOROCHE DANCE COMPANY Telegram bot; the processing of personal data on aelita-production.ru is governed by a separate Policy published on that resource. Both resources belong to the same operator and are listed as resources of the same operator in the notification submitted to Roskomnadzor.

2. Purposes of processing

Concluding and performing agreements; communicating with users; improving services and analytics (in anonymized form); informational mailings (with consent); complying with Russian law.

3. Categories of data processed

Full name; phone number; email address; Telegram ID and username; message content (if voluntarily provided).

4. Legal grounds for processing

Consent of the data subject; performance of an agreement; compliance with obligations under Russian law.

5. Processing procedure and conditions

5.1. The Operator takes the necessary measures to protect data from unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or distribution.

5.2. Data is disclosed to third parties only with the subject's consent or as required by law. Data is destroyed once its processing purposes are fulfilled.

5.3. Retention periods are limited by the purposes of processing: data submitted through the Site's forms or the Bot is kept until the request has been dealt with and for no more than one year from the last contact; subscribers' data is kept until consent is withdrawn; data the Operator is required to retain under accounting and tax legislation is kept for the periods prescribed by law.

5.4. Databases containing personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are held on infrastructure physically located within the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with part 5 of article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

5.5. Information on the personal data protection measures implemented by the Operator is published as a separate document in accordance with part 2 of article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

6. Audience reviews

6.1. The Site allows visitors to leave a review of an event. The following is processed: the name or pseudonym given by the author, the text of the review, the rating and the date.

6.2. Publishing a review together with the author's name constitutes dissemination of personal data. Consent to such publication is given by a separate action — a separate tick box in the form, independent of consent to the processing of personal data — in accordance with article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

6.3. The author may withdraw consent to publication at any time by sending a request to the address given in the “Rights of personal data subjects” section. Withdrawal of consent results in the review being removed from publication.

6.4. Reviews are published after moderation. The Operator does not publish reviews containing the personal data of third parties.

7. Rights of personal data subjects

Users have the right to: obtain information about processing; request correction, blocking, or deletion of data; withdraw consent. Send requests to: aelita.production@yandex.ru

8. Liability

The Operator is liable for violations of processing procedures under Russian law. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

9. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. A revised version takes effect upon publication on the Site.
